How to estimate the revenue that will be generated from adding a Product-Led Sales motion

We've created a little calculator to help you get a quick estimate based on the benchmark of companies we're working with.

How to use it?

  1. Create a copy of this spreadsheet
  2. Update the cells with the blue color to make the number closer to your business (e.g. number of users active in your product)
  3. Look at the revenue numbers in the first and second tab.

The first tab shows the revenue that will be generated from the active user base.


The second tab shows the revenue that will be generated from new product signups.
