Announcing MadKudu’s Prospecting Playbook Analytics

Your top performers generate 5x more pipeline than the rest. Do you know exactly what they're doing differently?

We interviewed nearly 100 sales leaders, and ~80% admitted they lacked visibility into this. That’s a huge missed opportunity to scale success.

Salesforce doesn’t show which playbooks sellers are using or how effective they are. The same happens with Sales automation tools like Outreach or Salesloft. You get detailed stats for individual sequences, but they don’t show how these sequences perform when grouped together under a playbook.

That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our new feature:
Analytics for Prospecting Playbooks
.

It makes it easy for sales leaders to coach their sellers and get more results from prospecting.

How does it work?

  • Automatically tracks pipeline generation across your team
  • Provides visibility into which plays drive the most pipeline with top performers.
  • Identifies team members who will benefit from coaching on high-performing plays.

In practice, your team’s performance might look like this:
Monica generates $130k of pipeline each month, while the rest of the team averages just $25k.

What is Monica doing differently?

The Playbook Analytics feature makes it easy to know which playbooks she uses and which ones drive pipeline

For example, in this view, MadKudu shows you that most of the pipeline generated by Monica comes from the “Viewed demo page” play. It is a simple play where Monica calls prospects from her target account list when they don’t fill the form after visiting the demo page.

This play works great for Monica, but as you can see in the view below, the rest of the team is not doing it.

The next step is clear

Offer Monica to do a quick show & tell of this playbook at the next team meeting. She will share a few examples of how she booked demos with her target accounts so the rest of the team can replicate her success.

Instead of obsessing over what is broken, you can identify what’s working and do more of it, with just a few clicks.

Are you doing something similar already?
